Arctic raspberries and organic raspberries undergo a slow maceration process in organic wheat spirit to delicately extract the elegant flavors from the berries. For every liter of product, one kilogram of berries is used, resulting in incredibly generous quantities of berries in each finished bottle.

Subsequently, the macerate is distilled in our 50L copper still, with the cooling water level minimized. This ensures that the vapors from the macerate traverse the condenser multiple times, allowing Dennis to have precise control over collecting only the best from the heart of the distillate.

The result is a distillate with a distinct aroma and a robust, long-lasting flavor. Arctic is perfect as a luxurious digestif after a meal.
