Our founder Dennis Bejedal, is a self-taught distiller. He was born in Stockholm and is now rooted in Pålänge, a small village of roughly 400 inhabitants in the far north of Sweden. A former professional poker player who has traveled the world extensively, Dennis started Norrbottens Destilleri in 2016 to indulge his obsession with taste and aroma. His entry into the distilling world liberated his creativity, allowing him to fully immerse himself in the experimental possibilities of flavor and deliciousness.
